Shoreway Environmental Education Center

Shoreway Environmental Education Center= the garbage dump! The boys and I went on a tour of the "Center" today. I parked the car in the lot that said tours, and got out of the car. The smell hit me right away! It was a stinky adventure. But the boys were so so excited. We got there early and they watched the trucks go in and out. The tour started and we all were required to wear safety vests and helmets. We got to watch the sorting of the garbage/recycling and hear about how everything works. It was so amazing to see it all. We also got to walk out on the cat walk to get up close and personal with the machines. 

Logan was really into it and could have spent all day seeing how everything worked. It was a fun/educational adventure!
