We are back from our first family vacation. All 3 of us went to Maui for one week. Maui was a great time!
Logan did well on plane, he was too busy being Mr. Social to take a nap for the 5.5 hour flight. We entertained him with lots of books, toys, songs, and his wonderful paci that never left his mouth.
Once we arrived we did a lot of hanging out at the beach and pool. Typical day included a very early wake up, lots of delicious Kona coffee, morning nap, morning beach or pool, lunch, afternoon nap enjoyed by all 3 of us, early dinner at the Hula Grill Barefoot Bar, and early bed time for Logan. During Logan's naps we took turns shopping, or napping by the pool.
On Thursday night we hired a baby sitter from the http://www.thenannyconnection.com/ it was awesome! We made reservations at the Hula Grill Dinning room. With Logan we frequented the Barfoot Bar not the nicer dining room. On date night we got to go to the dinning room. Woo hoo! http://www.hulagrillkaanapali.com/ Sad but true, we ate at the Hula Grill Monday-Saturday on our trip. They have really fresh Sashimi and amazing ceviche. And the Lava Flows, heaven. Why mess with a good thing? Plus it was next door to our condo.

Great trip! The Hula Grill is awesome! We went there a lot also, on our honeymoon! Glad to hear Logan did well on the plane!
