Boys Shared Room

We stacked the bunk beds in the boys room a few weeks ago. Its really awesome, now the room is so much bigger. I'm working on getting things up on the walls again because we had to reconfigure the room quite a bit. 

A few ikea finds, a chalk board easel for the wall and a shower curtain wire to hang all the art work. 

Trick or Treat Halloween 2013

The boys had a great Halloween this year! We had friends over for dinner and we all went trick or treating. The houses on our block get into the holiday and all the houses are decorated, we hit up our street and came home. Logan was a pirate and Dylan wanted to be a bat at the last minute. I bought black felt and we cut out a cape for him, and found a bat shirt in his drawer. The cape had little bracelets for his wrists so he could lift up his arms and have bat wings. He loved it!

Harvest Fun

We went to our friends parents house for their annual grape harvest. We cut the grapes off the vines and filled our buckets. The kids were done pretty fast in the vineyard, Andrew and I took turns watching the rest of the process. They had a machine to take the stem off and squish the grapes, as well as a station to fill bottles with wine and put the cork in.

Car Wash

The boys love to have a car wash in the front yard, the weather is so nice in the afternoon.  Sticking their heads in ice cold water with bubbles is a favorite activity.

Farmer Bob's Pumpkin Patch

We went to Farmer Bobs pumpkin patch for both the boys field trips this year. Both field trips were on the same day which meant we were at farmer bobs for a very long time! The boys had a great time, enjoying the pumpkin patch with school friends.
