Park Fun!

Logan has a couple regular peeps he gets to play with. Matteo and Eloise, they are really cool kids and their moms are awesome! Matteo and Eloise’s mothers keep me sane, I love these ladies! Here are some fun pictures of a recent park play date we had.

It may look like a tight squeeze but they liked swinging together. There are 3 kids and only two swings, what else were we supposed to do?

The growing belly, can you believe I’m a couple weeks away from the 3rd trimester? Crazy!

Sonoma Bound

I spent a week in Sonoma visiting my parents while Andrew traveled for work. This trip was the longest he’s been gone for, 12 days! It was hard, really hard on Logan. He’s been obsessed with his dada since Andrew came home. Momma is SO number 2 when dadda is home!

The week in Sonoma went by really fast. We went to Dillon beach one morning. The next day Logan and I got the stomach flu which was not so fun. Thankfully my mom was around to help take care of both of us. By the end of the week I was finally feeling better, the stomach flu really hits pregnant ladies hard! I took Logan to train town. He wasn’t so sure what to think while we were there, but he has taken a sudden interest in his Thomas the Train set. And says Choo Choo a lot! Super cute

Pickle?

Dear Logan,

Just because you can say pickle doesn’t mean you get a pickle every time. For instance, pickles aren’t really a breakfast food so please stop asking for a pickle for breakfast.

July 4 2010

This year we spent the 4th at home. We had just gotten back from Canada a few days earlier. The 3 of us went over to our friends house, which also happens to be our old apartment complex! There was tons of kids running around in the car port, toys everywhere, and yummy food. Great time!

Buddies Carson and Logan. Although they are a little over 5 months apart, they play quite well together. Carson refers Logan as, “Logy”, and Logan refers to Carson as “Cars”.

Our Canada Trip

Our Canada trip was pretty amazing. The plane ride to get there, not so much, we were THOSE people on the plane with the screaming uncontrollable toddler! It was well worth the awful plane rides to get to spend such a fun week with Andrew’s family.

A few of the highlights for me:

- Watching all the family members with Logan. We were so lucky that June, Dave and Sara took the whole week off of work!

- Logan loving his grandparents, and Aunt with tons of hugs and kisses everyday

- Logan getting to meet his Great Grandmother Lorraine

-  Watching Logan play with a bunch of toys Andrew’s mom saved! She had a Teddy Ruxpin doll that still talked. That thing was SO creepy, but hey Logan thought Teddy was really cool!

- Going to see Jersey boys in Toronto with June and Sara, what a great show!

- The relaxing time Andrew and I had. Andrew’s mom is incredible. She cooked and cleaned practically every meal for us. Did our laundry, hung around the house during Logan’s naps so Andrew and I could steal some time away. It was HEAVEN!
